Tia’mui’sit (Moose Call) is a remote lodge nestled in the Long Range Mountains above the Victoria Lake watershed. The main hunting area is accessible from the lodge through eighteen kilometres of abandoned logging road and numerous game trails. All surrounded by a network of ponds and waterways, making the area comparable to a hunting reserve, with no competition from local hunters. The lake itself and its tributaries have an abundant supply of fish. Wildlife species frequenting the area include; Moose, Woodland Caribou, Black Bear, Coyote, Pine Marten (endangered), Rabbit, Arctic Hare, Grouse, Ptarmigan, Eagles, Hawks, Canadian Geese, Ducks, and numerous species of small birds and mammals.

Another great week of adventure in Tia'mui'sit. Our hunting family continues to grow.
And so it begins.
Three and a half weeks of hard labour and finally got the boats out of storage today. Very grateful to Ivan Jr, James Tobin, JR Young and Matt Garnier who helped launch and install outboard motors.
